The Irish whiskey used to make Celtic Honey continues the tradition of great distilling among the celebrated whiskey houses of Ireland. Naturally filtered Irish spring water, combined with plants and herbs indigenous to the meadows and forests of Ireland, are added to conjure a mystifying and delicious liqueur.
