Chateau Morrisette Nouveau Chien 750ML

Perfumed with citrus blossoms and a palate full of lemon zest, peaches leading into tropical notes of papaya and passionfruit. The wine was barrel aged in new Hungarian oak after fermentation for just a few months to kiss the wine with a light toasted notes, and lengthen a long finish. Excellent pairing with shellfish, especially crab cakes or oysters.
