Copper Fox’s signature style that started it all and the foundation for their approach to making great tasting whisky. 100% hand malted Virginia barley, dried with hand- cut apple wood and cherry wood smoke. Double pot-distilled at a low 150 to 160 proof to enhance the fruitiness. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels with progressive infusions of toasted apple wood and oak chips.
