El Silencio Mezcal Joven 750ML

This premium spirit is an ensemble of different types of agave: Mezcal Espadin, Tobasiche and Mexicano agave. Smooth enough for sipping, El Silencio's aroma is of sun-dried fruit, lemon and sweet smoke; the taste, green apple, florals and fennel. The finish tastes of slightly charred agave, with touches of white pepper, minerals and chile.
