Flor Del Desierto Sotol 750ML

Sotol is a spirit made in Mexico (traditionally in Chihuahua), as well as parts of the Southwestern US, from a variety of plant called the “Desert Spoon”. The two sotols in Flor Del Desierto are very different but are both wild-harvested and between 18-25 years of age. You'll notice an aroma of pine needles, eucalyptus and wet river rocks. The palate exhibits white pepper, citrus, green herbs and minerality.
