Cachaça is the national alcoholic beverage from Brazil, distilled from the fermented juice of the sugar cane. Fogo de Chao Gold is meant to be sipped slowly, so the nuances of oak wood can be tasted. This cachaça is aged for 1 year in North American oak barrels and 1 year in balsam barrels.
