This aged tequila is fermented in open-air wood tanks, double distilled in copper pots and aged in American oak. Aromas of citrus, caramel, butter, cooked agave and sage are the beginning of a pleasingly balanced and unique tasting experience. The finish is long, rich and delicately spicy.
