Part of Highland Park's Viking Legend series celebrating their rich Nordic ancestry on Orkney, Valknut's symbol of three interlinked triangles is closely associated with the Norse god, Odin, who guided the spirits of the dead to the underworld and back to the world of the living. Matured in sherry seasoned oak casks, Valknut's smoky, sweet flavor featuers notes of toasted vanilla pods, cracked black pepper, oak shavings, cloves, aniseed and aromatic peat smoke.
