Twice distilled in copper pot stills in Oaxaca, Mexico and aged eight to ten years, Espadin has clean and fresh aromas of very ripe fruit followed by a smoldering fruit wood fire. There is a rich milky sweetness and lemony zing before a clean, delightful finish.
