Novo Fogo distills their Barrel Aged Cachaca for two to three years in the heat and humidity of the Atlantic Rain forest. On the palate, this cachaca has notes of banana bread, chocolate, cinnamon bark and coffee. The spiciness of the cachaca changes from spicy red pepper to black pepper.
