Papa's Pilar Dark Rum 750ML

Paying tribute to one of history’s greatest writers and rum drinkers, this rum channels Hemingway’s spirit and is even named after his boat, “Pilar.” Created from a blend of rums from five different locations, using both pot and column stills, followed by solera-type aging in no less than three types of cask, this 24-year-old dark amber colored rum is sweet, mixed with earthy, vegetal tones. With hints of spice, bourbon, almonds, and apricot, the result is a robust, full-bodied drink with a long, deep, velvety finish. The nose has notes of vanilla, cinnamon, dark Italian roast coffee and honey with hints of sherry and port.
