Gov. Fauquier is an off-dry wine, coming in at 1% residual sugar, made from 100% Vidal Blanc, and is done entirely in stainless steel, to retain its pleasant, fruit-forward nature. The nose consists of pineapple, pear, peach, mango, and honey. Upon tasting, citrus, melon, and apple refresh the palate.
