Created in the late 1900's, this French aperitif was popular during France's Belle Epoque era. Made from the gentian root grown in the mountains of France and Switzerland, Suze is a bitter spirit with a slightly sweet citrus undertone. Enjoy as an aperitif, neat or in cocktails.
