Tequila Ocho is a vintage and single estate tequila—denoting both the year of harvest, and the unique single field where the blue agave was grown. Much like wine, every vintage and estate is unique in both character and flavor and thereby rare in its availability. The “añejo” is aged for one year in fatigued ex-bourbon barrels.
