This sparkling wine is crafted from 100% estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and is aged a minimum of 36 months on the yeast to increase complexity. With flavors of lemon custard, cherry and strawberries, this rosé pairs well with salads, lamb, dark chocolate or served as an aperitif.
