Westland Peated is the truest to tradition but still reflects a unique perspective on the world’s oldest style of whiskey. Unlike traditional peated whiskies which use 100% peated malt, we balance the smoke with rich barley character by introducing non-peated malts—most grown in WA State—in a ratio that actually outweighs the peated malt.
